Refund Policy
All refunds or exchanges are to be authorised at The Raiments discretion. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Fulfilled orders that are returned due to design related issues will not be authorised.
Transaction issues not resolved within a 14 day period from date of confirmed shipment arrival at the buyer's address will no longer be available for inquiry. Raiments Retail LTD. bears no responsibility under any circumstance beyond this extended time frame.

If your return is accepted, it is upon the holder/item receiver to pay all shipments/delivery fees to return the item back to the Raiments Retail LTD & Bare all fees/cost. to we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified as to whether the return has been accepted or not. Refunds cannot be approved on personal hygiene related products, such as underwear, flasks etc. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please bear in mind there may be additional wait times in receiving this money as banks and credit companies process the refunds in their own systems.
